Purpose Of This Notice

This AI Privacy Notice explains how Avelluxe uses AI-assisted features to create more personal, elegant, and useful event experiences while keeping hosts and guests in control.

AI Features In Avelluxe

  • Voice invitation and narration experiences, including generated narration scripts, language variants, voice settings, and audio files.
  • Host Concierge assistance, including RSVP summaries, guest count answers, non-responder lists, draft reminders, schedule-change preparation, vendor recommendations, background recommendations, and event health summaries.
  • Background and music recommendations based on event type, theme, mood, style, guest count, setting, and time of day.
  • Personalized Memories assistance, including gallery delivery workflows, captions, event photo organization, and optional biometric photo matching when consent is provided.
  • Vendor marketplace assistance, including vendor search, quote request drafts, and recommendation ranking.

Information AI Features May Use

  • Event details, such as event title, host name, celebrants, date, venue, schedule, dress code, location notes, story, theme, mood, and selected background.
  • Guest context, such as guest name, RSVP status, guest group, dietary notes, plus-one status, message status, or attendance status when needed for a requested feature.
  • Host instructions, such as tone, language, event style, message draft requests, concierge prompts, vendor preferences, and approval decisions.
  • Communication context, such as reminders, invitation copy, thank-you messages, email/SMS/WhatsApp channel selection, and delivery status.
  • Media context, such as selected invitation image, background image, soundtrack, uploaded event media, voice samples, and gallery metadata when a feature needs it.
  • Plan and usage context, such as payment status, seat usage, communication credits, feature availability, and subscription limits.

Data Minimization

  • Avelluxe aims to send AI systems only the information needed for the selected feature.
  • Full guest lists should not be sent to AI systems unless the requested host action requires that information, such as finding non-responders or drafting a targeted reminder.
  • Phone numbers, emails, payment details, invite tokens, and private gallery links should be masked or omitted where exact values are not needed.
  • Payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Stripe secrets, Twilio secrets, database secrets, AWS secrets, and webhook secrets must never be sent to AI prompts.

No Training On Private Event Data

Avelluxe does not use private event content, guest lists, RSVP data, photos, selfies, voice samples, gift data, payment data, or concierge conversations to train general AI models. Where provider settings are available, Avelluxe uses controls intended to prevent customer content from being used to train provider models.

AI Providers And Infrastructure

  • Avelluxe may use controlled AI services, voice providers, cloud providers, and internal systems to generate copy, audio, recommendations, and host assistance.
  • The Host Concierge is designed so AI does not receive direct database, Stripe, Twilio, S3, Rekognition, or secret access.
  • Backend APIs enforce permissions, event ownership, role access, rate limits, and confirmation rules before sensitive actions are executed.
  • AI-related logs and audit records may be stored to troubleshoot, improve safety, enforce approvals, investigate abuse, and support hosts.

Guest-Facing Experience

  • Guest-facing invitations should feel like a host-created luxury experience, not like a technical demo.
  • Narration may be AI-generated or AI-assisted, but guest-facing audio and text should not mention internal generator names, planner modes, AI process labels, or system prompts.
  • Guests should hear the invitation itself, not how the invitation was produced.

Host Concierge Safety

  • The Host Concierge may answer questions, draft content, summarize RSVP activity, recommend backgrounds, recommend vendors, and prepare event actions.
  • Risky actions should require host confirmation before execution, including sending SMS, WhatsApp, or email, publishing an event, changing date or location, deleting guests, deleting galleries, triggering photo recognition, processing refunds, or contacting vendors.
  • Concierge action logs may record the host user ID, event ID, original request, proposed action, confirmation status, execution result, timestamp, and affected records.
  • Prompt injection attempts, unauthorized data requests, cross-event access attempts, and attempts to bypass confirmation may be blocked, logged, or rate-limited.

Voice And Audio

  • Voice invitations may use generated narration, selected language, selected tone, guest name, host message, and event details.
  • If a host provides a voice sample or custom voice input, Avelluxe should collect clear consent from that host before using it for voice generation or cloning-style features.
  • Generated voice output may not perfectly match pronunciation, tone, language, or emotion. Hosts should preview audio before sending invitations.
  • Guests and hosts should not upload voice samples they do not have permission to use.

Accuracy And Human Review

  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a specific event.
  • Hosts are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing, sending, relying on, or using it.
  • Avelluxe may block or revise AI output that appears unsafe, unlawful, misleading, abusive, spammy, privacy-invasive, or inconsistent with product rules.

AI Choices And Controls

  • Hosts may choose whether to use AI-assisted narration, message drafting, background recommendation, concierge assistance, vendor recommendations, and Personalized Memories features when product controls are available.
  • Guests may decline optional Personalized Memories features that require selfie upload or biometric processing.
  • Hosts and guests may request deletion of eligible AI-related records, subject to legal, security, payment, audit, and backup retention requirements.
